As listed in the footnote of our website, we are not responsible for packages arriving late, damaged, or not at all if you are shipping with USPS. UPS promises Next Day Air packages to arrive Next Day and will refund for the shipping price if they fall short. They no longer offer refunds if they fail to meet 3 Day, 2nd Day or Ground quoted lead time. If your goods arrive damaged w/ UPS please notify us by email ASAP with an image of the damaged goods so we can replace the content within.
Once it leaves our facility it becomes the responsibility of the shipping service you have selected at checkout. We do everything in our power to fight for our customers but please be mindful of this info above. If you qualify for free shipping, we will select UPS Ground on your behalf.
